Sir, Today received our usual interesting letter from our son, Lieutenant H. L. Moffitt, in which he writes:—"I have not received a newspaper since coming last October, and wonder where they have all gone. Always send me "The Argus" of Saturday. They are good reading for the trenches". I may state that papers have been posted each week from the home circle, besides several of his friends have constantly sent papers. Frequently I have heard of similar complaints, where for months our boys are deprived of what must be to them a minute of the greatest pleasure. The question arises, Where do all those papers go to? Who is responsible for the delivery of them? There is a screw loose in some quarters. I would most respectfully suggest that immediate inquiries be made so that our boys out in a strange land may receive from their home friends that which must he a great joy. Yours, &c.
