This is the last will and testament of me Annie Howard Bell of Cockatoo Creek in the State of Victoria Married Woman.
After payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath unto my son Andrew Bell of Cockatoo Creek all my interest in that piece or parcel of land being part C Allotment Section 7 Blocks 5 and 6 as shown on subdivisional plan Parish of Gembrook County of Evelyn at Cockatoo containing 2 Acres 2 Roods and 15.6 Perches or thereabouts and being part of the land more particularly described in Crown Grant V.3425 F.684853 and
I bequeath to my son Douglas Mitchell Bell at present on Active Service abroad all my interest in that piece or parcel of land situated at Cockatoo Creek being lots 6 and 7 and 8 on plan of subdivision registered at the office of Titles Melbourne No 6251 and being part of Crown Allotment 127A Parish of Gembrook and also my Grey Pony known as Queenie. In the event of the death of my said son Douglas Mitchell Bell I direct that his share goes to my said son Andrew Bell.
I bequeath to my grand-daughter Jean Dibden Eville my Singer sewing machine. I bequeath to my daughter Margaret Lovell my gold watch.
