I, FRANCIS EDWARD STEWART of 'Montrose' Brighton Beach in the Colony of Victoria Gentleman make oath and say : - 1. THAT I am Managing Director of Younghusband and Company Proprietary Limited of Number 666 Bourke Street Melbourne in the said Colony and am also one of the Executors named in the Will of the abovenamed William Fraser Stephens deceased. 2. THAT at the commencement of the said Will there is a paragraph relating to the transactions of the deceased with the said Company and to its financial position. 3.
