• 29 Mar 1862: Notice is hereby given that on the expiration of fourteen after the day of publication of this advertisement, an application will be made to the Supreme Court of the Colony of Victoria, in its Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, on behalf of ROSAMOND OSBORNE, wife of Edward Osborne, of Woolshed Flat, Morse's Creek, Ovens River, in the Colony of Victoria, storekeeper, formerly the wife of the late John Cock, of Wedderburn, in the said colony, blacksmith, deceased, that LETTERS of ADMINISTRATION of the goods, chattels, credits, and effects of the said John Cock, deceased, may be granted to her as the widow of the said deceased.

  For many years occupied by the late Edward Osborne, And now rented by Messrs. M'Cabe, and M'Donald.
  The store, with dwelling-house attached, is large and commodious, and the other buildings include large barn, blacksmith's, carpenter's and butcher's shops, men's cottage, stables and pigsties, etc A quartz mill in full working order is on the property, water is laid on from the ranges, and there is a good orchard and garden

  NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the direction of the Commissioner of Titles in this behalf, it is intended at the expiration of 14 days from the insertion of this advertisement in "The Ovens and Murray Advertiser" to issue to Mrs Rosamond Osborne, widow and administratrix of Edward Osborne, deceased, a Special Certificate of Title to the land described below, the duplicate Title having, as is alleged, been lost.

• 2 May 1887: Messrs. W. R. Looker and Sons report having sold last week, privately and by auction, the following properties - Mrs R Osborne's farm, of about 157 acres at Harkaway, near Berwick, at £18 per acre, for cash.¹⁶
• 21 Jan 1895: LETTERS of ADMINISTRATION of the estate of ROSAMOND OSBORNE, late of 17 Carlow street, North Richmond, in the said colony, widow, deceased, intestate, may be granted to Harriet Hannah Mennie, of 27 Evans street, Port Melbourne, in the said colony, widow, a niece and one of the next of kin of the said deceased.
