Should either of them die before attaining that age the two amounts to become the property of the survivor namely £300. I hereby devise that after paying all my just debts and funeral expenses that all the balance of both my real and personal property become the property of my sons wife Jane Elizabeth Wearing absolutely. I do hereby appoint my son Richard Herbert David Wearing sole executor of this my last will in witness thereof I have hereunder set my hand this day fifth December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven (1907).
